These will be lower PP and better cashflow, but the catch is the appreciation is not as good as other states Oregon, California, New York, Texas, Arizona, and others.

How does the demographic profile (age, income, health status) of potential residents in New Jersey and New York influence the demand for assisted living services?

My firm only does New York and New Jersey but there are significant differences between these 2 neighboring states so image the differences between New York and Texas.

At that time in New York it was about a four month process.

I think I'd be more bullish these areas if it wasn't MW migration but Idaho, Montana, Florida, Tennessee, Cali, New York, Texas migration.
