@Matt DevincenzoI was working in Dallas in August 2011 - I'll take -45F over 112F any day.What amount of insulation is wrapped on this ductwork to prevent it from heating up during a prolonged spell of 90+F temperatures (where it could easily be 120F in the attic space)?

If you have to wait for them to find you the deal, get you into the house, then write up the offer you will be behind the 8 ball on a "Hot" deal.If you don't have or want to get a license then find properties on Redfin, or Realtor.com, or Trulia, or Zillow or whatever and call the list agent to see it.
