@Matt DevincenzoI was working in Dallas in August 2011 - I'll take -45F over 112F any day.What amount of insulation is wrapped on this ductwork to prevent it from heating up during a prolonged spell of 90+F temperatures (where it could easily be 120F in the attic space)?

Looking to freshly install 8 zone hybrid heat pump; (The heat would come from a heat pump until it's 35 degrees outside and then the system would fire up a natural gas furnace inside the house.)Not exactly looking for high end but mid-range.Looking for ball park how much would it cost to install hybrid system with duct (for 2400 sq.ft house of split foyer style).** I understand the variables involved in this, just looking here if any one already installed it and have some idea about it with pricing **thankschris

If you have to wait for them to find you the deal, get you into the house, then write up the offer you will be behind the 8 ball on a "Hot" deal.If you don't have or want to get a license then find properties on Redfin, or Realtor.com, or Trulia, or Zillow or whatever and call the list agent to see it.
