I'm not experienced in new build, but there have been plenty of infill construction projects over the last few years. 

Only B/B+ or A I last spoke to them about a month - a month and a half ago and they said they did service my area.

Lastly how do you know that the satisfaction was not legitimately done?  

When I listed it I adjusted the rent to be a little higher than the comparables in my area, because it was one of the nicer ones in the area but I can't seem to get a renter. over the last 26 days, I have had 46 inquiries and 14 applications, of those 14 applications about 5 of them passed the background check and credit history check. some of them I could not get ahold of their employer or landlord which was a red flag for me. 

Over the last 2 weeks there hasn't been a property that has numbers even close to good enough to BRRRR or Flip.
