Hello, I’m Nelson and I just recently joined, although I have been listening to the BP podcast since last year. I retired from the USAF in 2021. I do receive that retirement pay, but it certainly isn’t enough to actually retire on. So I now work a job I did in the AF as a contractor on the base I retired from. It can be physically demanding and as I age I know that I’m not gonna do this for another 20 years!

That’s why I’m here, I’m looking for a better way and real estate looks like the path a mechanic can take to no longer being a mechanic.

Right now I am figuring out what strategy I want to focus on. This area of Florida has a lot of options as there are several military bases and of course the white sand beaches. From LTRs and STRs to commercial there are a lot of options to consider.

I’m looking forward to this journey and all the possibilities of the next chapter.
