Personally I dont believe in 401ks. if you put that 13% in a joint savings, after a year or so you can use that to start your real estate campaign which will eventually become your 401k.

You have to look at it long term, eventually that loan will be paid off and the amount you recieve extra per door will be a good indicator how much you recieve when the asset is paid for.
