Has anyone every bought property without physically seeing it?
I see so many properties that are fitting my investment criteria, only thing is they are halfway across the country and I don't know anyone there. What are the steps you take to go ahead and get into these markets or do I need to physically go there and view these properties?

I do all of the time. Get a contract on it, then have someone on the ground go inspect it for you. Agents and inspectors will do it for sure. You can also pay someone to go do a walk through video and email it to you.
If you are wholesaling (like the majority of houses I do) it is more important that your buyer inspect it, not you. Get them through it and let them do the detailed inspecting. :)
