Still, a CMBS loan may be an option including lower quality multifamily properties at high leverage levels.

I've heard that there is enough to go around and that maybe true however seems like there may be an over saturation of letters.

Overall, this seems like it might be an okay deal.  

I'm not looking to be an agent full time but as the opportunity comes up I want be able to use my licence and have a little help as learn the sales side of real estate.  

We live in a rural tourist area and have a very disfunctional market, but I assume from your location that you would be in a more traditional market where a new home would be an easier sell.
