My name is Rebecca, I am 26 years old, I live in Cincinnati, OH and I am completely new to real estate. I just joined Bigger Pockets because I have actually been listening to the BP podcast for about 2 months now. I was initially looking for podcasts on investing, I wasn't specific. I then got into the topic of real estate.. After going through a few others, I ended up on BP and never stopped listening. I've grown extremely interested in not just learning about real estate investing but actually doing it. I'm ready to connect and grow with people who are more experienced and eventually be that person to help others. I am open to any and all advice, guidance and new connections and friends to be made from this awesome community!!! 

At this point, from what I have looked at in my area (Internet and driving around), I am leaning more towards flipping and/or buy and hold. I have been thinking of starting with a live and flip. 

BP seems awesome, I know that real estate can help me to reach my financial goals and more and the two combined are sure to be a success!!!
