I have automated most of the work at this point on my Bartlett property and have started using Facebook ads this week and I am already getting responses.

But, with all the 'non-BP podcast' chatter about what is coming with automation and the weakening of the dollar (no idea if I believe or not, just like to be informed) - holding wealth in hard assets seems prudent.

@Kathleen Carnegie-Grant while you shouldn't use the automated valuations from any sites, you can use Redfin in Atlanta to good success as they are connected to the MLS and will generally have very recent data.  

Another thing they become so automated and their business become illusive.

In this day and age, your daily updates of MLS listings is wholly automated.
