Having a loan officer that will be on call any time of the day or night to answer questions is a big advantage since you will probably be dealing with the paperwork after hours.

But if not super cold then a split heatpump system is what I would use unless you have a low end property that doesn't rent for much per night, otherwise don't cheap out on your property.
