Ohio is a great market, places like toledo and Cleveland offer great cash flow while places like Columbus are appreciating. Because of the affordability, great neighborhoods and schools, and good night life, Columbus has attracted a-lot of businesses to setup shop, hence the increase in population over areas like Cincinnati and Cleveland.
