Stopping before Starting??

Hey guys!! I am inspired by how everyone on this forum has gotten the ball rolling on their path to financial freedom through real estate but I am quite flustered & overwhelmed on where to even begin. I so badly want to dive in to the world of real estate, specifically flipping homes. I live in Missouri and have done my research as far as analyzing the market so I feel like it is a great decision to start here. Currently finishing up ‘The Book on Flipping Houses’ J. Scott and intend on starting ‘The Flipping Blueprint’ Luke Weber soon.

At the time I am in the works of switching to work overnights at my current full time job so I can appropriately focus my time towards getting somewhere with investing. I work well with a clear concise timeline on what needs to be done when and how long it should take in altogether.

Can someone please put these tasks in order to help put me in the right direction?

1. Finding a hard money loan

2. Finding a home to flip

3. Finding a contractor

4. Needing an agent??

Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated! I appreciate it if you even took the time to read this seeing as there are plenty of other things you could’ve occupied your time with.
