There's no way a robot can do what a local Realtor can because the data by itself does not have enough information on what is a real comp and what isn't (mainly property condition/level of updating and finishes which can make a big difference but also hyper-location for example the algo might consider a comp right next door a perfect comp but if it's across the tracks in a different neighborhood or in a different school district that is less desirable, the estimate will be off while a human/Realtor would see that difference due to knowing the area and be able to adjust that accordingly).   

I’m just a human being who has dealt with far too many wholesalers trying to make it in this industry who end up giving up, or failing, because they JUST DON’T GET IT!.

Or they provide generic responses that don't address the questions in a way that a human would respond given the context.

You simply choose to ignore it and expect that somehow the laws of the universe, data, and experience, don't apply to you, and think that by doing the exact same thing everyone is doing, that is NOT working, somehow it will work for you...love it - this is a masterclass in shattering self-deception. there is but one simple reason that 98% of posts in forums like this are complete ether - human greed and ignorance. wait - that sounds like two reasons!
