What's the largest total NOI you've heard for any investor?

I think a lot about the total NOI for my portfolio and growing that so it's a good amount by the time I retire. I'm curious: what is the largest NOI you've heard from an investor that more or less owns their portfolio outright (i.e. exclude people who are largely playing with other people's money)?

I shoot for the gap- net earnings above monthly expenses.    I stopped working with a 1.5 in 2002 and have more of a 3-4x now but the absolute $ amount isn't a double take.

The actual $ NOI doesn't matter much if their COLA/lifestyle expenses are greater. Tell me what they keep. @Rifath Rashid
