You do not need to be an accredited investor to invest into Trust Deeds.

I've read about investors asking agents to get permission to be an unlicensed assistant so they can get MLS access - something that Realtors are not supposed to (at least here in Missouri).

Looking for a full service, established (PM, repairs in-house) turnkey provider with a solid reputation and references, as this will be an out-of-state investment and we need people we can trust.
