are there too many real estate investors?
Just out of curiosity. I was talking to a friend yesterday about my dreams of becoming a real estate investor. He told me he knew lots of people who have failed and lots of people who do it but barely make enough money to pay the bills because there's just too many RE investors. How accurate is his negative speech? I live in the midwest, Kansas City to be exact. My goal is to flip at least one house a year starting this year.

Same way everyone wants to be a pro athlete or an astronaut, how many of those people with these dreams put in the actual work to make it happen? Its why most people only last on this site for a month or in real life never do a deal, and blame too many investors in the market
