So I don’t need to rely on my body to keep food on the table.Turning my primary into a rental and going to be purchasing a new primary soon.

Flat is not washable and it collects oils and dirt from peoples hands, head and any other parts of the body that may touch the walls or trim.

There isn't a reporting body or anything where the occupancy status of every rental property in each of the two markets is recorded or anything of that nature.Anything you've heard would be anecdotal information.

Same with kids I guess, and gardens, and bodies, and…

I've heard of situations like this that turned into $40k body removals with bio-hazard specialist cleanup crews involved. 

My body will believe it as long as my brain says it :)

Also, I can be a sounding board for legal and regulatory issues.
