Trust account abuse is very rampant.

She insists the noise is coming from directly above her.How should I go about handing the complaints moving forward when the upper unit tenant is flat denying any possible noise?

I live 15 minutes from the property and had an appointment down the street in a few days so I denied the request and went and changed it myself while in the area. 

@Anthony Wick this is a wholesale deal and we tried to have that in the contract but they denied.

So I was denied for my approval and the seller is mad because he has a contract on another house that apparently he was going to use the money from this house to pay for the down payment and other things.

If not, the homeowner would simply need written confirmation that the insurance company was denying the claim, and then he could use funds from that DES pool, with a $100 deductible.So if your state has a similar program, even if there is a leak it might not cost a lot of money, although it will probably cost a lot of time.

I asked if I could find another lender to cover some of the downpayment and the original lender denied this.

Commercial lenders want to see experience also, I have seen them tightening up on that alot lately and denying people with limited experience for loans 

Are there any pros/cons of me withdrawing my application vs. them denying my loan?
