Since Class A is artificially limited to "only" 10%, a very well performing deal could result in a boosted return for Class B, rather than a weaker return.

We travel frequently, pay for our own health insurance, have newer cars and are improving our financial position even more in this up market by selling our least liked properties for crazy profits right now…which we use to pay off other previously purchased properties that had higher interest rates to boost cash flow even more.  

I want to say upfront that I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone on this thread, but I feel a moral obligation to try to "show the light" to as many people as possible.  

Moral of the story is the Section 8 stigma exists for a reason.

Well, there were none at the time that worked or made sense and very few options that fit into my long-term goals with my family so I pivoted and found a great luxury house-hack (pool house w/guest house) and to make the numbers work I got creative and began mid-term and then short-term renting it to boost the revenue. 

You can for sure add that in there and boost your property income. 

Wholesaling is a tough grind, there will always be deals and I imagine more flippers will be trying their hands at wholesaling should they be stuck holding deals they can't sell and they want to boost their income.
