I'm preparing to list my first rental property, which has a 1000 sqft unfinished basement. Have a question about whether I can include this 1000 sqft unfinished basement in the total sqft in the Zillow rental listing. Can experts enlighten me, please?. Thanks.

No, unfinished space is not to be added to Sq ft. Good luck, happy investing!
