I always thought those kind of ads were scam ads - meant to get people to call about the property but be told that "its not available anymore but here let me show you what I have"

Finally just go and hunt for the good deals.Now you can use turnkey but becareful of scams.

Yeh, struck a nerve as I see many trying to swindle/scam owners.

I took a course and signed up for a really expensive mentor-ship program(A scam GURU course - did still learn a lot but not worth the price tag imo).

Not limited mindsets of saying "that's a scam" or "that's illegal" because you doubt someone else's success.We have bought deals creatively and we have wholesale'd deals.

Reading the posts regarding lending scams, I have gotten the same red flags from David.

It's not personal, it's just that a little minnow like me has an unbelievable amount of stuff to get done -- both valuable important stuff and the whirlwind of calls, texts, emails, scams, Google ad words salespeople, newbie wholesalers building buyers lists, etc.
