How to find a mentor

Hi everyone,

I’m in the beginning stages of owning my own business. When I mean beginning stages what I really mean is... (quitting my job tomorrow morning). I’m really excited to start and actually do something about my life rather than not taking action. I currently live in Memphis TN and plan on flipping here. My main goal is to find a mentor that can help me get started. I’ve been to investor meetings and networked with some good people. I want to be successful and everything I read says how important it is to have a mentor. Does anyone have any advice on how to find one? Or would anyone be willing to help a beginner out? Thanks so much!
