Lending scam? David Jackson Loan Firm
I think David Jackson is a scammer. I am so glad I didn't send him any money or bank info. Reading the posts regarding lending scams, I have gotten the same red flags from David. At first he seemed legitimate but now I think he is a scam artist. I contacted him from a Facebook post. He sent me terms of his loans 2k to 2 mil with 4% interest rate personal and business (I know i should've known then) I asked the standard questions which he answered very professionally yet I still had reserves. He wanted my bank info to transfer the loan but said there was a transfer fee of $235. This raised more flags for me but I asked for references. He provided but only one responded yet the response didn't seem genuine. I requested more references which he provided but this time the responses from all 4 were very familiar. I searched the numbers he gave me which returned as VOIP numbers. Also he said his office was at 131 maple st, no city provided just state, SC with a 113 zip code which is not SC but NY. I also couldn't find anything online about his company besides Facebook and a linked in page. Long story short lol this guy is a scammer. I also found him posting under a David Dosier which was one of the references he sent me. Anyone else ran across this guy?

you hit the nail on the head.
for the 1000 time.. there are NO LOANS at 4% interest Period end of discussion.. the best you will get from a legit lender for HML is 8 to 15% with 2 to 5 points.. anything less than that the only one who will give you that is a personal friend or private lender you know personally.. NO ONE ON THE INTERNET.
and NO ONE makes 2k to 2 mil loans.. that is again not real and totally laughable.. but good instincts to not lose 225 bucks and or have your identity stolen... what an epidemic..
