If someone called me saying they were an agent, I'd just assume it was a scam since they didn't call CSS directly to set up an appointment to see the property.

One might think "who cares, exposing the home to as many buyers as possible will increase my price as a seller," but many realtors are scam-artists and care more about getting paid faster than they care about another $10,000 in sales price (net ~$150 to the realtor - this was discussed in the book Freakanomics btw).

@Patrick Shawn Faherty be careful shopping around in too many markets - you leave yourself open to being scammed by a TK provider telling you this is a "great part of town."
