You want to work with a CPA who will understand the eligible expenses available to realtors.A sample of eligible expenses are - MLS Access Fees, E&O Insurance, Home Office, Mileage, Business Gifts, etcYou are very fortunate to live in one of the few states that does not require a resident state income tax.

I'm fortunate that I can call people during work hours, so long as the call volume isn't consistent (like handling leads).
