Starting out; aspiring NZ property Investor

Hi all!

My names Will Lowndes, I'm 21 and from Auckland, New Zealand. I'm studying Business at Uni but my passion for Property has really taken over. I'm starting my REI journey to become financially free and create generational wealth for my family.

I'm so fortunate to have my mum as a mentor who's experienced in property investing. I am currently in my educational phase of REI, absorbing & learning as much as I can, making connections and building relationships.

I’d love to reach out to any and all NZ property investors re. Meetups, pages, groups etc to gain insight from likeminded individuals!

I love what bigger pockets have created here and can’t wait to continue this journey.

Wait, so your moms an experienced investor but you are looking for other? If she's making money, organized, and knows what she's doing maybe you need to just take her out on mother - son date night and tell her how serious you are. I wish I had investing parents. I have investing sisters but they don't share any secrets or help. So are you in that dilemma? If not keep going to REI, get help from your mom, and just work and save. Maybe she might help you with a no money OPM deal.
