The portal should have all the leases, contracts, move-in/move-out checklists digitized, and uploaded.

However, I can also see how what you are entitled to are reports, finished work-products, not work files.Everyone loves Quickbooks and all of the other digital toys we use to make our lives "easier".

I was on the team that did acquisitions but they were other tech companies and the money was in the 9 digits.
