@Anita Ahuja,I'm going to chime in with advice I give a lot, including on my own podcast and to coaching clients.  

The only course I ever bought was a comprehensive real estate tax course but I have paid for individual coaching as well and it was worth every penny. 

OMG why is it so hard to find a coach that wont charger an arm and a leg to help.

I am aware that they will be trying to sell coaching at this class.Important: We have bought and sold notes in the past (about 10 years ago) and have owned mortgage companies and been involved in the finance aspect of the business.
