New Jersey Real Estate Group (PSI Exam Prep)

Hello to All,

I am Matthew R., and I am a new member to the Biggerpockets platform. In addition; I am currently studying for the NJ real estate exam. I am having difficulty understanding a few of concepts in the book. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a study group or a place that could simplify the understanding of the Fundamental sections.  One of my biggest difficulties are the Government Rights and Land Use, Math, Finance, and Transfer of Title and Closing.

Thank you!

I am so happy to be a part of the BiggerPockets (BP) community! I have been listening to podcast frequently, and I find that to be helpful as well. In addition to the podcast, I would like to have more conversation about real estate. I find it to understand more when the terms are used in conversation.

To answer your question @Anastasia G.: I have completed the 75-hour pre-licensing exam for the state of NJ, but I reside in Philadelphia. I plan on taking advantage of the reciprocity PA has to offer after I acquire a license in NJ. In addition, I would like to get a license in a few other states as well. In addition, I appreciate you extending a helping hand.

@Kevin Manafi, that is a great idea! I have started to comprise a log of videos to use as review, thanks to that suggestion, and I have retained a lot. In addition, I searched for the publisher, and I was able to get in contact with her to ask more questions. I am very excited to get out there!

Thank you both
