Was he integral to qualifying for the property?

I've personally done one deal wth @Brandon Krieg and can vouch for his integrity. 

I've always wanted to do a project integrating a vineyard in somehow.

His tutorial is more of a free guide on setting up a direct mail campaign work space on podio and integrating it with globiflow.

OpenRoad (the CRM package) has some very nice features that integrate multiple areas of business process and can be purchased separate from the SIMMS product - it came with SIMMS for me.the platform itself is designed around an integrated marketing & lead generation play and is very sophisticated and well conceived.As I post, I am in the airport in San Diego (using the free wireless) after having attended the four day event to teach and enhance the understanding of the SIMMS system capabilities.

I have a great contractor we have used twice with great results here in Shoreline. the owner has high integrity and his workers do very good work.

Good partners compliment each other, they have defined areas of responsibility and duties to perform, they have different areas of expertise and they need to trust the other's judgment.Trust is required, are they honest, do you have similar levels of integrity, similar ethical outlook, are they financially responsible even if they aren't loaded?

I am looking to build a network and with folks that are honest, have integrity and understand that success is something that is not only best achieved together, but best enjoyed in that manner as well.

Man, do I like this guy Phil and his videos and I'm definitely buying his integrity and the fact that he really cares about people learning and succeeding.  

My other company has over 25 years experience in database websites and MLS integration.
