My name is Clifton McNaughton. I am primarily a Single Family and Multi Family investor based out of the Windsor, VT area.

I am a real estate website developer and marketing expert. My other company has over 25 years experience in database websites and MLS integration.

GREAT NEWS! just closed on my Windsor Vermont property and cleared over 44 thousand dollars in less than 6 months from start to finish.
looking for another one to flip and looking for funding.

My clients, ( all realtors and Broker Owners) they let me know when a deal comes on the market. We visit every property and evaluate the location to determine if the investment will bring either fast returns or if they will command a good rental income to wait at least one year to make the tax liability long term cap gains.

i currently own 4 properties. 3 are under rent to own contracts.
