I've been on some realtor's lists to send me properties that fit a profile I provide for them and I almost always have seen the property on Zillow as a result of my saved searches before they send me the "just listed" property.That's really the only "online" tool we use.

Their representative was gruff and unapologetic on the phone which certainly doesn’t fit their own description of themselves as providing “a high quality fine hotel experience”.
