Hi BP! Glad to be part of this group. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

My name is Jaret. I’m new in the NY area ( Long Island). I’m a newbie looking for my first deal. Can’t wait to get hands on experience. I’d like to start with Brrrr strategy or fix and flip.

My background is in interior design and renovations (6years) with a little of hands on construction under my belt but not that much.

If anyone has any advice, leads or would like to work on deal. Let me know.

@Zeke Liston How’s it going?! Thank you for the welcome. I talked to a seasoned investor that lives here in NY (Long Island). And his recommendation, which I really value, was to not invest here but rather OOS. So I’m open, and looking for the right OOS opportunity and market.

I see you’re in Columbus, how is the market there? Any input you can throw my way?
