You should definitely make your Bigger Pockets & any other social media profiles much more specific & make sure anyone looking at them knows immediately that you are someone to go to for selling their property quickly (or for investors buying). 

Not Canadian, but if all residents are not on the lease, then they can only visit.That doesn't mean they need to pay rent (like if you have an 8-year-old on the lease), but they need their name there if they intend on living there.Maybe this is some cultural sensitivity thing Trudeau is trying to do?

Do NOT email (or ask tenants to email you back) sensitive information like social security numbers, bank account numbers, or any other piece of info that would not normally be posted in a public space.

I'm trying to gauge any interest in a monthly Alaska Bigger Pockets meet-up social event in the greater Anchorage area or if there is one already I don't know about.  

Luckily I reached out friends/family and made posts on social media which led to me being able to have one side rented at the time of close.I felt that this was not the best way to go about it and was wondering what other methods people in similar situations have used..I tried asking  permission from current owner to advertise "for rent" on Zillow but did not ever receive a response..
