Additional rental application to Cozy.co
I'm ready to list my first property to find a tenant and was wondering if anyone sends an additional rental application to gather more details when having potential clients apply through a website like Cozy.co?
I'm customizing the rental application offered in the pro section of bigger pockets to "fill in the blanks" and gather more information that websites like Cozy.co doesn't offer. I will make it a fillable PDF to be sent alongside the online application process. I was wondering if anyone did this and if he/she had any suggestion(s) when requesting more (or longer rental history, longer employment history, etc.) information.
Thanks in advance!

@Kelsey P. yes I use a paper application that I send via email. The tenant can fill it out and send it back via email as well. I do not like the applications through any of the big websites like Cozy because they don't have enough info on there. One of my favorites on the application from Brandon Turner's book is the question about how much they have in the bank! That is very telling. I have experimented with this over the past few years while managing around 30 doors of my own buildings here in Chicago, and I don't think I will every use anything other than a word doc.
