Flipping Houses in Tennessee

Austin Schlangen
Posted

Hello, I am new to flipping houses and have a couple questions. I live in Murfreesboro, TN which is 30 minutes south of Nashville. I will need a private lender to fund the deals that I will be getting from wholesalers. I do not have the financial requirements to get the loans.

-Can someone else get a private loan for me, acquire the house, put the house in my name and I make 100% profit?

- If that is possible, what contracts/process do I need to do to make that happen.

Thank you for your help.

@Austin Schlangen when it comes to private loans, lenders (like me) don’t care about your qualifications. We care about how much equity is in the deal. If you find a property for 150k, it’s going to be very easy to borrow 110k of hard money on that property. As far as the down payment goes, if you don’t have cash then find a partner. That’s how most of us got started flipping and developing real estate.
