I see that Dave Van Horn of PPR is the keynote, he recently did a BP podcast and is a very sharp guy, with a specialty in making great returns off of non-performing 2nds.

When I bought it I had fewer than 10 rentals, now I have more than 40 so it makes one that's 30 minutes away from any of the other rentals a pain to deal with.

If I were there I'd take it.Financing is a pain in the butt when you have a lot of loans.
