Major storm damages four properties

We had a hail storm move through the area last Saturday. I had one rental get hit bad. Roof is trashed, vinyl siding on one side of the house has about 200 holes in it. Another two rentals need new roofs, but had no other damage. Then yesterday, another rental had the sewer backup and flood the basement. Luckily I have sewer back-up insurance.

My personal house that I just bought a couple weeks ago, has roof damage, a couple holes in the stucco, holes in the vinyl fence, and two of the low e windows lost their seal. My wife's car also has hail damage.

It is fun meeting with five different adjusters to get all these properties taken care of. I'm not sure why my insurance didn't use one adjuster for all of them, but oh well. Al I have to say, is thank goodness I had insurance!
