Another advantage of building for those clients is that they saw your finished product, if they like your floor plans, material selections, finish touches, it would be very easy to incorporate their project into your own project pipeline.

The LOI is a great idea, I haven't been doing that but should incorporate that strategy for sure as well as providing more than 1 option in the LOI and stating the benefits of the seller with each option.  

And your logo.

-There is business in corporate HR departments, who need a contact point to send to those who are relocating and looking for housing.

Get a cool logo.
