My credit score is just over the "excellent" threshold and I currently own one property which is the house I live in.Thanks all, I would really appreciate any insight!

Insightly, buildout, podio and my favorite...excel :) They are all ok but find the one that is cheap and gets the job done.

. - continue learning, read mentality books like the richest man in Babylon or the art of the deal, or rich dad poor dad, the money quadrant, think and grow rich. - when I first started analyzing deals, I found best to go to loop net, and just search.

I make plenty of money, have excellent credit, etc. but none of that matters unfortunately.I’m all in on real estate!

All three areas are excellent, I would choose based on numbers for each specific house.

@Anderson Milfort I have to admit that @Mark Fries makes an excellent point.

I've ran the numbers in excel and it's a big difference plus the monthly payment is lower.
