House Hacking in Jacksonville

Hi everyone, I recently moved to Jax to work as an engineer for Johnson and Johnson. I am looking to do some house hacking near the town center area of Jacksonville, any tips? Specifically the type of properties I should focus on. I haven't been able to find any multi-family housing. in that general area, we have mostly single-family, townhome/apartment.
