An early 2000s house is about 260k now in Leander area while you can get a brand new house in East parmer/ dasseau (Pflugerville) for 290k
Which one would appreciate more? Leander has all the growth around cedarpark while east parmer has Austin fc and other things coming up there
schools are currently way better in Leander
