If that’s the case, I’d recommend considering areas outside of Dallas proper where you can still find properties with strong growth potential.Cities like Prosper, Melissa, Princeton, and Anna are excellent options to explore.

In some older neighborhoods especially historic districts, the tenants look for older houses - they preferred the art deco bathroom tiles, the thick plaster & lath walls over granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.but class D neighborhoods are easiest to tell.

It’s more conservative, the city itself is established, older neighborhoods, better city amenities (museums, arts/music etc), more pro sports, more hills, bigger river, has a streetcar, arguably better nightlife overall.
