I get my laminate from an online retailer and they can either ship it to me, or I can drive to one of their warehouse distribution centers and pick it up; which obviously saves shipping.

Yes this one had some old duct work in place but being a center hall plan upstairs it was an easy run for additional wall stack ducting (inner walls were completely hollow) as this furnace was on the ground floor in the laundry room (very old home).

Also when selling to an end buyer or retail buyer make sure you point out the positives- Close to freeway, Super Market, Shopping center, Schools etc......Hope it all works out
