@Jamar Jones Can you tell us what state you live in and that will help the state specific experts answer your question.My general thought is the list is still owned by the original owner, but will soon get sold because they didn't pay their taxes, but depends on where you live.

I would recommend checking out this podcast from Simple Wholesaling where they have some local experts dive in to some of the different neighborhoods and why they make sense for investors.
