@Jamar Jones   Can you tell us what state you live in and that will help the state specific experts answer your question.My general thought is the list is still owned by the original owner, but will soon get sold because they didn't pay their taxes, but depends on where you live. 

Zach is a securities law expert, @Brad Schaeppi is a real estate expert.

Hello, I'm looking to get some expert opinion/advice for a situation I'm considering on my first BRRRR deal.Background: I have a duplex in a gentrifying Columbus, OH neighborhood.

Before you say the problem may be the PM, I will say that my impression is that they are doing a good job but maybe I miss somethingI will truly appreciate any feedback from the local experts.
