Tax Sale list Question
Hi, I am new to wholesaling and was just wondering was a Tax Sale list beneficial as a strategy for wholesaling properties? I already know what a tax delinquent list.. just wanted to know because the tax sale list in my county still has the owners name on the propert.. I thought tax sale lists were all properties owned by the bank? I really appreciate your support..
