But again, I go through the questions about and decide based on the level of stress/work, cash flow utilization and my overall goal for that rental and make my decision.

Their credit score is also slight less than the minimum credit score required to qualify so I can reject them based on those grounds. 

It will have everything required and you can add on to it based on your experiences.
