Upon the "crash" of 08, I got lucky with my technology experience, to capture a Project Management job in The Department of Defense. 

The population increase is a direct result of new companies coming into the city and a hiring boom in the technology field.

I feel like the technology we have today should allow our tenants to pay using online methods.

You must first learn the basics of money management, investing, real estate and business management.Step one..6 months to a year of self education through reading, listening to pod casts and researching on forums such as BP.With todays technology 80% of what you need to learn is out there you simply need to dig in and digest everything you can find. 

I author and teach technology training courses on how to write software for websites and mobile apps. im really looking forward to being able to focus on real estate and not being beholden to client schedules. we have an almost 2 year old son.

They know which will be worth more in 10 years, yet they are still humble.Normal is broke and in debt, chasing the latest gadget.  

Technology is advancing so rapidly that there is no way colleges can keep up.

I know we could just track this in a excel spread sheet, but I am hoping that someone has already created a technology that is more efficient for tracking real estate.
