New Member Intro From Danbury Connecticut - Brandon Rush

Hello my name is Brandon Rush, I am currently a resident of Danbury, Connecticut. I am a relatively new member to Bigger Pockets and to real estate investing. Just this year, I started my company, Dartmouth Property Investors I am looking to invest in 3+ unit multi-family properties in surrounding Fairfield County towns (Danbury, Shelton, Norwalk and etc) and some of Hartford County (Bristol, East Hartford, etc). More specifically I am looking to use the BRRRR strategy on these properties, followed by holding them long term. In addition, I am looking to house hack 3+ unit properties as well.

Personally, I come from a technology background serving in various roles from technician to director. I have tons of energy and love being around others who do as well. I love manual cars, mountain/road biking, traveling the world, eating and pretty much everything else! After reading a number of books over the past two years I had a major epiphany after discovering the power of real estate and financial independence. How the heck did I not know about this 10 years ago !?!?!?! (Said no one ever). It’s all good though because yesterday is gone and today is here. Time to refocus that energy.

Currently I am studying like a maniac, developing my teams, and sourcing funding. In addition I am seeking out accountability partners, private lenders and mentors. Future plans include continued networking with many of the great investors in Connecticut, moving into the commercial multi-family space, and investing out of state (Currently Florida, North Carolina and Texas are in my scopes)

If anyone out there is seeking accountability partners, hit me up! Let's share that energy! Thank you for checking out my post and I hope to cross paths with many of you along this exciting journey!

Good on you for working at it @Brandon Rush. I've seen you on the CT facebook RE Groups as well. Keep putting in the work and something will come out of it I'm sure. I serve primarily Hartford county, but if you have any questions - especially tenant related stuff, I'd be happy to help.

"...I love manual cars..."

That makes two of us!
