I have two people that I have done different work with for a few years now and we are all own properties independent of each other.  

For sure get an independent mold company to check it and and try and find a contractor that has worked with structural damage

We are an Independent  brokerage with focus on Residential sales and Property Management for individual investors, so we cater well to that audience.  

When we talk with my kids service coordinator, we talk a lot about future planning, and how the goal is to have them live as independently, and as 'normally' as possible (with proper supports in place.)

I began my career in early 2007 only to find that though the money was good in comparison to other careers, I would still never achieve the level of wealth &/or independence we all dream about deep down inside.After realizing I made six figures in Seattle & although we lived well, we still lived paycheck to paycheck & still couldnt really aford the type of home I had always envisioned for us.   

I'm hoping that by starting early I can achieve financial independence sooner rather than later.

Eli here, I'm excited to get familiar with the community and the awesome resources available here.Quick background, I am a finance and accounting professional looking to transcend the daily grind of a salaried job; or at least supplement my income to work towards financial independence.

Now we are looking at the opportunity to be able to purchase a second property to upgrade and will hopefully have it rented out soon, this I'm sure is small too many of the people on this form but for me and my wife this is a very exciting first step and we can't wait to be able to get several more properties underneath our belt  so that we can gain true financial independence.
